  • Before attending the conference, please sign at accreditation sign-in counter.

Evaluation and Certificate of Attendance

  • For Zoom participants, the evaluation form’s link or QR Code will be provided in Zoom. For participants attending in person, the link or QR Code will be provided at accreditation sign-in counter.
  • Evaluation form should be completed and submitted within 5 working days after the conference, so that we can proceed with the issuance of the attendance certificate.
  • Certificate of attendance will not be issued for outdated submissions on the evaluation form or unrecognized participants whose full names are not displayed in Zoom.
  • We will send the certificate of attendance to participants in 21 working days.

By Mass Transit Railway (MTR)

  1. Interchange East Rail Line at Kowloon Tong Station
  2. Take any trains (East Rail Line) heading to Lo Wu / Lok Ma Chau Station

By Bus and Mass Transit Railway (MTR)

  1. Take airport bus route number A41 from the airport to the Shatin Central Bus Terminal (Shatin New Town Plaza)
  2. Walk to MTR Shatin Station and take the East Rail Line (any train heading to Lo Wu / Lok Ma Chau Station)
  3. Get off at University Station
  4. Leave the station through Exit B, turn right and walk about 3 minutes to Cheng Yu Tung Building (12 Chak Cheung Street)

  • Pre-No. 8 Special Announcement, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, or Extreme Conditions: if the signal / announcement is in force 2 hours before the respective start time:
    • Project Finale (morning ceremony) will be cancelled.
    • International Conference will continue in webinar format. Registered participants will be notified of the online link by email.
